Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite - Specifications and Price

Amazon, the e-commerce giant teases about the launch of Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in India on the 8th of June 2020. They also have a dedicated page confirming the same & have a  pre-order facility too. This tab can be called the younger brother of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. 

As the name suggests it is a lite version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, which comes with a 10.40-inch display with a resolution of 2000x1200 pixels. Powered by an octa-core processor it runs on Android 10 and has a RAM of 4GB with a 7040mah non-removable battery. 

Talking about the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is packed with an 8-megapixel rear camera without flash which can easily shoot videos in 1080p at 30fps and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. According to Gadgets360 "Connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and GPS. Sensors on the tablet include accelerometer, gyroscope, and proximity sensor"

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite comes with an internal storage of 128GB which is expandable(via a microSD card) up to 1000GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite weighs 467grams and measures 244.50 x 154.30 x 7.00mm (height x width x thickness) and was launched in three color variants, Angora Blue, Chiffon Pink, and Oxford Grey.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is also teased to come with S pen support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Bluetooth v5.0. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's 64GB variant is priced @ Rs27,999(may vary in the future) on Amazon as of 8th of June 2020. The official site has a Register Now button even though no specifications are mentioned in it yet. Samsung is collecting basic information like email and phone numbers from their customers to notify them once the  Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite becomes available.
