Foot Operated Hand Sanitizer Dispenser using PVC Pipe and Fittings

Hi friends, its been a while since I have wrote and is now writing this to remind everyone about the situation here in Kerala. The COVID 19  cases reported per day are rising high and also with it, the cases due to contact. So, please be responsible and follow those instructions provided by the government. Try your level best to stay home and avoid unnecessary visits to anywhere.

Another thing I wanted to share is about Social Distancing. I noticed many being irresponsible and not practicing social distancing and that's why I am mentioning it here. Yes, its difficult and we are not used to it, but social distancing is a very important point that's been stressed repeatedly by all our health workers. So, kindly practice and follow it. Also try to wash your face and hands at possible intervals.

- 1" Pipe - 3.26 Meters

- 3/4" Pipe - 2.7 Meters

- 2" Pipe - 10 Cm

- 1" T Joint - 6 

- 1" Elbow - 4 

- 1" End Cap - 2 

- 3/4" Elbow - 4

- 2" T Joint - 1

- 2X1 Reducer Coupling - 2

This sanitizer dispenser has a very simple design and mechanism. If you have to buy a foot operated sanitizer dispenser machine from the market, it will cost you around 1500 rupees or above. This foot operated sanitizer dispenser can be made by you with the use of only PVC Pipe and fittings with a budget of around 500 rupees.
